Older Dog Looking For a New Home

Our friend Jen Tidman (owner of Seahawk Rescue) is looking for someone to adopt an older dog. It is Hartley (born 10 Oct 2005) Reg CKC Blk Lab neutered Male. Of no fault of his own he is looking for a new home. With Seahawk Rescue he is utd on all shots including Bordatella, DHPP, Rabies Lepto and Lyme. He lived with kids, is fine with Jen’s personal dogs(Lab, JRT, puppy Cav). He can even be walked off leash with her cat. He is a little strong on leash but is working with a Halti. No aggression issues seen. He loves his toys!! He can be walked off leash in a safe environment and would love a home that someone had the time to do so. He does not know he is almost 10.
He got a great report from her vet. He is in excellent health. His teeth are amazing for his age. He was a total gentleman getting his shots and having his nails clipped. When he was young Jen was told he broke his back leg so he has some scar tissue and pins. This has not effected his activity. He is currently on Orijen Senior dog food to help maintain his health. His adoption fee is only $50. Adoptees must be financially stable to look after Hartley for his lifetime and show references from a vet. All members of the family must agree to the adoption. All other family dogs must be met by Seahawk Rescue. He is hoping to never be re homed again. He is located north of Kingston, Ontario. Contact Jen Tidman
